55 Families Enriched Through Gardens
August 15, 2022

In Sunkist 1*and Sunkist 2* villages, we have had great progress in both areas of Help and Hope. We were able to make 55 FAITH (Food Always in the Home) Gardens. This provides food for 55 families, and it provides these families with businesses.
We have also opened a Sewing Centre to help about 100 Afghan refugee women. In the Sunkist 1 village we have had rich progress in all five areas of Transformation Community Development (TCD). We provided them with water, food, and through this Sewing Centre, we helped provide work for many women who live in this district.
Over the next three months, we want to prepare Sunkist 1 for graduation! Also, we want to help the Afghan refugees that are there. In all of these, we want to give people the message of Hope.
Thank you!
*In the interest of security, “Sunkist 1” and “Sunkist 2” are pseudonyms for villages being helped by this project.
