Defeating Sickness Through Expanding Cleanliness

The Wellness Committee in Elala Village taught the community how to handle the kitchen materials safely and cleanly. The villagers understood the help of this teaching and contracted for a wooden dryer rack for the washed kitchen tools. Keeping these materials clean helps the community stay safe from transferable diseases. Having a toilet in the compound also greatly decreases the number of sick villagers. This is a great achievement when compared to before the beginning of Transformational Community Development (TCD) in the village.
Thank You!
