In Jatapara Village, everything is going good. We are excited seeing the work of transformation among the people of Jatapara. In this season, they are cultivating potatoes, tomatoes, and wheat. After taking awareness classes, they are taking their steps towards making profits by selling their vegetables. Since the stream is nearby this village, they are taking advantage of their water source.

Former Solider Finds Hope in Agriculture

Alhaji is one of the members of our Agriculture Group in Tuti Village. He is married and has three children. His wife, Kediga, has raised their children alone because he was a soldier. Life was very difficult until he came back home. All his children could not attend school.

Milling Grain Locally

Koubah Bingo Village, Burkina Faso

 

The Koubah Bingo community has made some progress with their income generation project--milling and grinding grains for a commercial purpose.  A machine has been purchased through a loan, a building has been done by the community, and personnel have been made available and trained. The venture is now up and running!
