Mr. Chi* is the leader of the Nissi Xuan Son rescue centre.  He used to be a drug addict for nearly 20 years. He only dreamt that he would be free from drugs to make his mother less worried. He certainly never thought of becoming a leader.

Tuan is a young leader of Nissi Nguon Phuoc Rescue Centre system where he presently leads a system which includes three centres serving the community in fields such as drug rescue, alcohol rescue and help, pregnancy, as well as rehabilitation.

*Tadeo overcame many years of addiction and today is the leader of two community organisations, as well as the head of a rescue centre branch with nine centres, including 70 students and 15 staff members. He was introduced to Transformational Community Development (TCD) in early 2019 and now has applied these lessons to his centre. It has brought a good result to his rescue centre system, and he has opened two more centres since May 2019.

Mending Lives of Families

Beginning as a child who has been hurt by a broken family and falling into gambling and addiction, this  young man has been changed. His life is positively influencing thousands of people, including the young and the old, as well as those who have never been educated and the highly educated. He is *Chinh, and he is currently serving as the head of Nguon Phuoc’s educational board.
