Great Accomplishment Amidst Trials

I want to highlight the progress story of the community for this month’s report regarding the accomplishment of more toilets built in the village. As you have heard about all the conflict in the area, it was totally impossible to focus on community work. Villagers are scared and struggling to live, and the road accessing the village has been closed. However, we are so encouraged to see that they were faithful to their commitment.

Dr Fadi has seen about 156 patients, most of them were Jordanian from Ma’ain village, as well as a mix of Syrian and Iraqi patients. Lately, the number of patients has increased, and most of the conditions were general. Only a few patients had chronic diseases like high blood pressure or diabetes mellitus.

Mobile Clinic

 

Besides providing the needed medication and treatments, we also handed out winter packages and clothing to the Syrian patients we have received in our mobile clinic this month. The patients were so happy and thankful.

Ana’s New Attitude

“My name is Ana, and I’m twelve years old. I’m the daughter of Alise and Sasa. I live in Đorgovska mahala Village with my parents and grandparents. I’m part of the Transformational Community Development (TCD) group, along with my mom and grandma, also. My grandfather and father are musicians, and that’s how they support all of us.
