The number of women participating in our meetings about development and change of thoughts is increasing. We are teaching various lessons from a psychological, social, health and moral point of view.

 

There is a woman named Nane* who is married and has four children. She was committed to the development meeting, and it made a difference with her. She liked to participate in visits to the Haggana area because she knows the inhabitants; she is one of the volunteers.

Emejen Primary School is a government school located in Gem Village. The school was built through the help of government support and community initiative. Ever since the school was built many years ago, it has never been renovated.

Perfect Pipes

Attir Village, Kenya

 

Water is an essential element for human life, and it is very hard for one to survive without it. Before the drilling and solar installation of the borehole in Attir Village (through the effort of GHNI and other organisations), the community felt the pain of living without water because they had to walk for almost seven kilometers in search of clean water.
