Angels, Yoga, and Landmarks

"It's day 108 for us, and we are near Bland, Virginia. We've hiked 1619 miles and we have 572 miles left.

We met Scott, a Trail Angel who drove us around town to Hardee's and the post office and then took us back to the trail. He waited on us at every stop, and we were so thankful for him!

Our favorite hostel on the trail so far was Woods Hole, a cabin from 1840! It had so much character. We ate two good meals and even did yoga there.

We're at McAfee Knob, the most photographed place on the AT!"
