Developing Good Relations

*JT Village, Nepal

In this month, our GHNI national leader, Mr. Karki, visited the school and farmers in the village. He talked to the principal and the teachers about how GHNI and the school can be partners to help the villagers. He talked about developing a good relationship with the community people and how GHNI can help the school build the relationship between students and parents more effectively.

We discussed and finalized the selection of new farmers for the income generation program for 2018. This year, we will be helping ten more farmers through the loan program. We are looking for a good saving and credit partner in the village to help the farmer.

**Steven is a new college student who is staffed to this village for helping our work. He has received his bachelor’s degree from a Nepal college. He will help Sushil to work more effectively in JT Village.

We will be working with the school, saving and credit group, single women’s group, and the poor farmers in this village.
