Ahumbe Village, Nigeria
Anyone can be infected with the coronavirus regardless of class, race, or social status, if they do not observe prevention protocols.
In August, the chief of Ahumbe received handwashing stations and face masks in his palace to further engage the community and instill safe hygiene practises among all. About 24 chiefs were in attendance to receive the items with enthusiasm and with a resolve to do more for the health of the community.
