Garden Hosts Young Artists’ Exhibition

Garden of Peace and Hope, Afghanistan

Good things are happening at the Garden of Peace and Hope! We had an exhibition in October, which included more than 45 paintings from various young artists. The works of five of them, both boys and girls, were displayed. More than 100 people visited the exhibition. The new Minister of Information and Culture attended, and he was encouraged by all who worked to promote the arts. He appreciates the Garden for supporting artists and holding regular exhibitions.

Additionally, we were supposed to have art lessons in the Garden, but for safety reasons, the students and I started with another group in west Kabul. A young man there leads a group of boys and girls teaching art courses to interested students. The children were enthused to join the art courses! Thank you for supporting the Garden and supporting those interested in the arts.

Thank you!
