Leadership Lessons Empower and Motivate

Hanoi Rehab Centre, Vietnam

In the Rehab Centres this quarter, we have focussed on a lesson series titled, “The Quality of Leaders”.  To past drug addicts, the thought that they could become leaders, even of small groups, is too far. Because of drug addiction, these people left much pain and loss not only on their families and relatives, but also their communities. Moreover, they lost faith in life and even in themselves. Even when they have been healed and changed, they still struggle to believe they can be leaders.

These lesson series truly help us motivate these people who were so shy about mistakes in their past. They are now ready to become humble leaders and serve others.

We also have a series of lessons about healing the hurt. These touch many aspects in life, including how to understand and change their lives so that others can be reached and committed to change. This type of outreach helps people in the community nearby the rehab centres.

Thank you!
