A Life-Changing Provision

Kebele is one of the Agriculture Group members in Didi Hara Village. A 35-year-old woman, she has three children. When Kebele became an Agriculture Group member, she did not have anything. She was depending on day-to-day activity to provide food for herself and her children. If they didn’t get food, they would sleep with empty stomachs. It was a hard life for her to make enough food for her and her children. She is producing different vegetables for selling and for consumption. From the last harvest, Kebele deposited 2,500 birr (about $900). This is a big change for her!
