Planting Superior and Healthier Crops

Dhoker Jhara Village, India

Dhoker Jhara Village has been cultivating grain. Usually this cultivation is completed within four months. However, in upper areas, we have sown fast-growing grains and it is very good. These seeds only took three months to grow and are very useful for poor villagers, as they can use them for food and toward the next cultivation. This will improve the financial situation of the villagers.

Before, once villagers finished consuming their rice grains, they had to depend upon boiled maize, which serves only to fill stomachs and nothing else. Now villagers eat rice grains, which are much healthier.
