Showcase for Female Artists

Garden of Peace & Hope, Afghanistan

We held an exhibition in February at the Afghan Cultural House. It was a great exhibition of handicrafts displayed publicly for all participants. All the works exhibited were by female artists. More than 200 people participated in this exhibition.

Besides the handicrafts exhibition, we held a book exhibition to promote reading where participants could take a book.  Hopefully, this will help increase a culture of reading in Afghan daily life.
Once again, I shared about GHNI and, especially, the Garden of Peace and Hope. It was great news for artists who were looking for such an opportunity to be helped and have an exhibition in an atmosphere like the Garden of Peace and Hope.
