Young Artists Blossom at Garden

Garden of Peace & Hope, Afghanistan

This autumn, in the Garden of Peace and Hope, various flowers bloomed, displaying the beauty of the season's colors.  Recently, we held a calligraphy exhibition of young artists. Hundreds of people, which included officials from the government and NGOs, visited the exhibition. The various artists exhibited more than a hundred pieces.

The exhibit was open for three days.  Although the weather got cold, many enjoyed the exhibition. Salem, one of the artists, thanked the Garden of Peace & Hope for supporting and encouraging artists and having a place for peace and hope. She also added, "Art will change the face of Afghanistan from violence to one of the most peaceful countries in the world."

Thank you!
